Joining the APS/ WSF intercommunication process, is first done as participant person, related to an organization, but not necessarily engaging it.
Joining can be done through face to face interaction in the development of meetings in the context of national scale processes

Beyond personally joining , creating pages in APSF or in WSF as a legitmate contact person for the organization will reflect in clarity the decision of this organisation to make itself visible in the APSF/ WSF platforms, as a collective participant
