Elements on structure of FEBRUARY 18-20
Self organization of activities, based on volunteer “getting together”of organizations, taking also care of online logisitics, broadcasting recording - each activity is described in an activity page in the webiste
Each organization , each activity and each action has its own URL that can be shared wiht a broader public
Visibility to who are assuming public actions dates, inasmuch possible as a joint commitment between a group of several organizations, included in mid term lines of action /initiatives of action ( stuggles, campaigns, common agendas, transformative projects ....)
Space/Moment of futures : participants meeting with action initiators, according to their intentions and looking forward to getting involved in year 2022 of actions. This is a Space of futures during the build up and a common moment of Futures during the event ( 20st february at 2pm) (Also called "Agora" of futures in Spanish and French -City Square in ancient Greece)
A shared calendar of public actions dates by participating organizations, with the self organized updating of actions and initiators list

9 thematic didactic/mediatic panels (self-organized from thematic focus groups)
4 slots dedicated to self organized activities on day 1 and 2 (including cultural activities)

1 Space of actions/initiatives where participants meet action initiators of their choice
1 Final adress of APSF facilitating group about January event participation figures, next steps of participation towards WSF 2022 and further APSF manifestation
